Schedule a meeting with a connection

We've added a "Schedule a meeting" button on connections Linked In Cards™ which trigs a "meeting form". Once the details of the meeting completed the user can add the scheduled meeting to his calendar and send a prepared and editable message to the connection the meeting is scheduled with.
